MICHAEL KORS CELEBRATES QIXI WITH DEDICATED GLOBAL CAMPAIGN,

PRODUCT COLLABORATION WITH YANG MI AND POP-UP CONCEPT

Michael Kors is pleased to recognize Qixi this year with a dedicated campaign and two special-edition Whitney handbags designed in collaboration with actress and brand ambassador Yang Mi.

Qixi, which is based on a nearly 2,000-year-old romantic Chinese legend, most closely resembles Western Valentine’s Day.

The special-edition handbags are a fresh take on the brand’s new Whitney, featuring heart and star-shaped silver-tone hardware in a nod to the meaning of Qixi. The bag will be available in both bright red and black leather, which Yang Mi chose to reflect her personality and personal style.

The Qixi Whitney bags launched on August 1st, at a special event in Shanghai with Yang Mi. The bags are now available worldwide.
