Alexander McQUEEN Presents their FW’18 Eyewear Collection

Autumn/Winter 2018 sees the arrival of several new sunglasses styles to Alexander McQueen eyewear. This season’s womenswear collection celebrates the magical transformation of femininity, whilst menswear draws on the elegant modernism of the British male. The sunglasses collection reinterprets classic shapes, with a fresh colour palette reflecting the ready-to-wear themes, featuring solid and gradient shades of grey, green, burgundy and purple.

A first series is based around Piercing and includes two unisex shapes, a square acetate and a metal pilot styles, each with a distinctive metal bar across the top of the frame. A second group comprises a men’s pilot frame and a round unisex design, both with decorative rims and the Alexander McQueen skull hinge at the temples. Two optical styles enrich the selection, a metal round style with double bridge and a square and acetate style with a metal bridge, both with the iconic metal skull at the temples.
