Paul Smith Opens in the New Fashion Avenue in Dubai Mall
Paul Smith proudly announced the opening of its newly relocated shop at the Fashion Avenue extension in Dubai Mall.
As with every Paul Smith shop, the interior and exterior design has been tailored to artfully reflect its surroundings. The modern interior of the shop is inspired by Paul’s bold use of color and admiration for the Danish artist Poul Gernes. A signature Art Wall is on display at the rear of the shop including original drawings produced by Paul Smith Studio, as well as pieces by artists Peter Collins and Henri Matisse.
The 100 meters squared shop will stock Paul Smith collections for men. Products from the autumn/winter ’18 catwalk collections will be on sale, including Dreamer print designs inspired by a rare book from Paul’s collection – the 1912 work The Dreamer of Dreams by Edmund Dulac. With tailoring at the heart of Paul Smith, the new men’s collection celebrates the suit and reasserts its relevance in 2018, giving a nod to Paul Smith’s past in the 1980s, where he led a confident movement to relax the suit.
The relocation of the Paul Smith shop represents a further step in Paul Smith’s international growth, plus a vision and commitment to be present in the latest fashion locations.
